After a series of purchase agreements and stock acquisitions through the 1970s with the principal owners of Carmona Chemical, and in 1989, Dorsett and Jackson purchased all Carmona stock to expand their sales territory throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. In an effort to serve the Pacific Northwest territory, in 2006, Dorsett and Jackson purchased The Cordano Chemical Company.
