Born in Damascus, Imad Elias has a background of diverse education ranging from French schooling in Kuwait to obtaining his law degree in Southern California. Professionally, Elias began his legal work in 1993, joining a firm where he developed his expertise in employment law litigation. In 1998, Imad, with partner Scott Mann, formed the Law Office of Mann & Elias. After winning Pepperdine University’s prestigious Vincent Dalsimer Moot Court tournament, Scott Mann was surprised at the difficulty of landing a position with a top law firm right out of college.
